  • Center and Ground.

    In this space we are taking an Individual Energetic Inventory of how we are feeling in our body, mind and spirit. Before we proceed further into the session, we always want to take a few brief moments to connect with ourselves deeply. Starting from this centering and grounding point, we can accurately and intentionally progress into higher levels of activity and movement integration.

  • Structure and Format.

    From the stillness, comes all movement. After assessing our physical and energetic aptitude we now customize the structure and format that is most reflective of our state of being for the day. This will bring about the most optimal response for creating biological harmony and increasing our overall level of well being.

  • Integration and Movement.

    Now we are in place to utilize functional movement patterning and the integration of our breath and mindset to our exercise program. Wether it is increasing strength, developing better movement quality or obtaining an improved overall physical condition, we train our effort and intention to create our desired result.
